If you cannot find a convenient time in our online calendar, please call us or contact us for other alternatives. The time scheduled is for your actual treatment, thus you must arrive earlier if a preparation time is required.

We use PayPal to process our online deposits, but if you do not have or do not want to use a PayPal account, you can use Paypal’s service as a guest and pay with your credit card.

For New Patients:
If you are a new patient, you will select “New Patient Cosmetic Consultation.” If you would like to have same day treatment, please indicate so in the Message field, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. During your cosmetic consultation, the physician evaluates your concerns, answers your questions and devises a treatment plan to fit your goals–these are thorough consultations that can last up to 30 minutes. The fee for a new patient cosmetic consultation is $400, which is fully credited towards cosmetic treatment(s) performed within 30 days of the consultation.

For Patients Using Insurance:
Office visits and procedures covered by insurance cannot be scheduled online, due to the requirements for insurance verification. Please call (212) 366-5400 to schedule.

Deposits:
No shows or last minute cancellations are very disruptive for our physician scheduling, thus we require deposits for every appointment. Deposits will be fully applied towards the cost of consultation or treatment, or will be refunded if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 weekday’s notice. Rescheduling, cancelling or no-shows with less than 2 weekday’s notice will forfeit the entire deposit.

• Deposit for most physician appointments: $200
• Deposit for Thermage, Liposonix, Ultherapy and miraDry appointments: $400-$600
• Deposit for aesthetician appointments: $100

Due to PayPal policies, unused online deposits need to be refunded within 60 days of payment receipt. After that, they will be kept as credits in the patient’s account.
